What we do with your details.
Short version: we use your enquiry to reply to your enquiry. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, company, role, the service you are interested in, your preferred way of working, and anything you type in the notes field. Nothing else on this site asks you for personal information.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry and to scope the work you are asking about. If you become a client, we keep it as part of our normal business records.
Where it goes
Submissions are written to a private Google Sheet that only Maeve Creative can access, and a notification is emailed to maevecreativehq@gmail.com. We use Google Workspace for both. We do not share your details with any other third party.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted within 24 months. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.
Analytics
If analytics or advertising pixels are active on this site, they are listed here. Update this section the moment you add Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, or anything similar.
Your choices
Email maevecreativehq@gmail.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We will action it within 30 days.
